By booking an adventure with Maneba Collective, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

booking
Your place is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.

The total price, deposit, payment schedule, itinerary, included services and any minimum group size will be clearly stated for each adventure before booking.

cancellation by the participant
The deposit paid to secure your place is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the participant, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

If you cancel your booking, any cancellation fees applicable to the remaining amount will depend on the specific adventure and the date of cancellation. These conditions will be communicated before booking and will comply with applicable law.

You may request to transfer your booking to another person, subject to the conditions established by applicable law and any reasonable costs associated with the transfer.

Maneba Collective may cancel an adventure if the minimum number of participants is not reached or due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

If we cancel your adventure, you will be informed as soon as possible and will receive the refund or other rights applicable under Spanish law.

We may also make minor changes to an itinerary when reasonably necessary due to weather, safety, operational or local conditions. Significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible and will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

during the adventure
Maneba Collective is responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in your package, in accordance with applicable law.

If a service cannot be provided as agreed, we will take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate alternative where possible.

Participants must follow the instructions of Maneba Collective, local guides and activity providers and comply with the requirements set out in the participation agreement.

insurance & participation agreement
Participants are required to have suitable travel insurance covering the activities included in their adventure, including medical assistance, evacuation and repatriation where relevant.

Before each adventure, participants must read and sign the Maneba participation agreement, which sets out the specific safety requirements, participant responsibilities and other conditions applicable to the experience.

flights & additional expenses
Flights and travel arrangements to and from the starting point of the adventure are not included unless expressly stated.

We recommend waiting for confirmation that the adventure will go ahead before booking non-refundable flights or other travel arrangements.

travel documents
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport, visa and any other documents required for the destination.

applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protection and package travel legislation will apply where relevant and will take precedence over any conflicting provision.
