After three years at Vinted, I left to travel the world. I surfed, trekked, skied and explored new places, but often struggled to find people to share these adventures with.

When I came back, I started curating them myself, bringing people from across Europe together to explore, move and connect.

And that's how Maneba Collective started, always combining adventure and creativity. From ski touring and silver making to trekking and crochet, we believe the experiences we share can be just as meaningful as the places we explore.

Before every adventure, we ask our guests for one word. They usually say disconnecting, slowing down, resetting. By the end, it often becomes connection, friendship, community.

Maybe what we need isn't simply to disconnect, but to connect differently.

Today, Maneba has grown beyond retreats, creating experiences for people, communities and outdoor brands.

Real experiences outside.

Last week, someone brought tears to my eyes with the best compliment I've ever received:

“This has been the longest I've felt alive, in a very long time.”

Maybe it doesn't seem tear-worthy to you, but to me? The fact that we are human beings, living creatures, and yet we feel so little alive in our day-to-day lives is crazy. And the fact that with Maneba Collective we were able to host an experience that brought this feeling back to a group of people, 80% of whom were strangers who came from the internet, is even crazier.

This is the reason why I started Maneba: to take people outside to feel real things again and share them with like-minded people, and this is small proof that it's going in the right direction.
